1. Product Overview

Our industrial Slanting Fish Slicing Machine is fully fabricated with food-grade 304 stainless steel, custom-designed for seafood processing factories, aquatic workshops, central kitchens, fish processing assembly lines and seafood wholesale stalls.

This machine automatically cuts whole descaled & gutted fish into uniform oblique fish fillets with consistent thickness and beautiful slant cut surface, replacing slow, inconsistent manual cutting. It eliminates uneven slices, hand injuries and huge labor costs.

Compatible with tilapia, grass carp, snakehead, cod, flounder, salmon, hairtail and squid. Raw fish is fed flat into the feeding tray, and neat slanted fish fillets come out continuously at the discharge outlet, supporting continuous mass production.

5. Working Principle

Place cleaned, gutted whole fish flat on the feeding conveyor tray. The conveyor steadily sends fish toward the precision oblique cutter group. High-speed rotary blades cut fish into even slanting fillets at a fixed commercial angle, finished fillets slide out to the receiving tray automatically, fish bones and fillets are separated neatly in one pass.
